To rent a car, you will need a valid driving license, a passport or ID copy, and a credit card for the security deposit. International visitors may also need an International Driving Permit (IDP).
Most of our rentals come with a standard mileage limit of 250km per day. Additional mileage can be purchased at a nominal rate. Please check the specific terms for your chosen vehicle.
Yes, we offer free delivery and pickup within Dubai city limits for rentals of 2 days or more. For other locations or shorter rentals, a small fee may apply.
We operate on a “same-to-same” fuel policy. The car should be returned with the same fuel level as when it was picked up.
Basic comprehensive insurance is included in all our rental rates. This covers you against accidents where you are not at fault. Additional coverage options are available upon request.
